I received therapy for four weeks in a row. Every session gave me relief from an issue -- sinus pressure, shoulder pain that I had for four months, knee treatment that helped an injury from over a year ago, and relief from foot pain. He also treated a 'click' that I had in my elbow when doing weight training! My first visit in the darkened room seemed bizarre, but I got used to it and felt very comfortable. I'd recommend visiting John -- he's good for what ails you!

I was extremely pleased with my massage from John. He answered my phone call promptly (I was not sent to a machine), and got me in right away as I was having some discomfort.
As I travel around to USA for a living I have trouble areas that act up when I am on a long trip. I have been to many masseurs around the country and he is the real deal. John alleviated a good portion of the pain which allowed me to get back into the gym.

Just wanted to share my feedback. When I scheduled my visit I was in pain and was thinking that a relaxing massage might help. John expertly assessed my situation and instead of a massage, really worked me over with stretches and pressure, forcing the muscles to stretch and relax, adjusting my hips, etc. I am hoping that this along with pointing me in the right direction for what to stretch at home will help relieve my pain over the next few days or so! He is very knowledgable about sports injuries and how to treat them, not just in the office but he gives your stretches and a treatment plan following the massage. He was recommended to me by a friend that competes in Iron Man races and Marathons when I injured my back. Within 2 massages I was up and running again.
